• Advance Payment: 30% of the total Quotation Estimate value (USD 71,870.40) due within 10 business days of contract signing.
• Progress Payments: 50% payable in two equal monthly installments (USD 59,892.00 each) upon submission and approval of quarterly deliverables by the client's project manager.
• Final Payment: 20% (USD 47,913.60) due within 15 business days of project completion and final acceptance of all reports and documentation.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Central Asia Energy Solutions LLC, National Bank of Uzbekistan, Tashkent branch. Currency of payment: US Dollars (USD).

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, currency exchange rate changes, or availability of the Petroleum Engineer.
• The Petroleum Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in reservoir engineering, well optimization, and field development planning, with demonstrated expertise in Central Asian sedimentary basins.
• All work performed under this engagement shall be conducted in strict compliance with the Oil and Gas Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan (2019) and applicable regulations issued by the State Committee for Geology and Mineral Resources of Uzbekistan.
• The client shall provide the Petroleum Engineer with timely access to all relevant geological data, well logs, core samples, production histories, and operational records necessary to perform the services described in this Quotation Estimate.
• Intellectual property rights for all reports, models, and analyses produced under this contract shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Petroleum Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or civil unrest affecting Uzbekistan Tashkent, shall suspend obligations under this agreement without penalty to either party.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.
• Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Additional services beyond the original Quotation Estimate will be billed at the hourly rate of USD 185 per hour for the Petroleum Engineer.
