This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Petroleum Consulting (Pvt) Ltd to provide comprehensive professional services of a senior Petroleum Engineer for the duration of the project period. The engagement is specifically tailored to support exploration, reservoir evaluation, and production optimisation activities within the Zimbabwe Harare metropolitan area and surrounding geological formations, including the Karoo Basin and the Eastern Highlands sedimentary sequences.
The Petroleum Engineer shall be responsible for the following deliverables and activities:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in the Zimbabwe Harare energy sector.
- All rates quoted are in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the Petroleum Engineer's professional fees, software licensing, and standard field equipment. Travel and accommodation for on-site visits within Harare are included; travel to remote sites outside the Harare metropolitan area will be billed at cost.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon signing of the service agreement, 40% upon completion of the mid-project deliverables (Items 01–04), and 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables and submission of the closing report.
- Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. Late payments shall attract interest at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) base rate plus 2% per annum.
- The Petroleum Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Zimbabwe, including the Mines and Minerals Act, the Environmental Management Act, and the Petroleum and Natural Gas (Pipelines) Act.
- All data, models, and reports produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of ZNEC upon full payment. Apex Petroleum Consulting retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with prior written consent.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or civil unrest affecting the Zimbabwe Harare region.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Arbitration Act [Chapter 7:15] of Zimbabwean law.
- This quotation does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Petroleum Engineer as described herein, for operations based in Zimbabwe Harare. The Client agrees to all terms and conditions stated in Section 3 of this document.
