1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by PharmAlger Consulting SARL to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a qualified Pharmacist for professional pharmaceutical services within the jurisdiction of Algeria Algiers. This document serves as a formal proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, associated fees, and terms governing the professional relationship between our firm and the requesting client. All pricing is presented in Algerian Dinar (DZD) and reflects current market rates applicable to pharmaceutical professional services in the Algiers metropolitan area.

2. Scope of Services – Pharmacist Engagement

The Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services in compliance with the Algerian Ministry of Health regulations and the National Order of Pharmacists (Ordre National des Pharmaciens d'Algérie) standards:

Pharmaceutical dispensing supervision and quality assurance for a period of twelve (12) months.
Drug interaction analysis, therapeutic monitoring, and patient counseling services.
Regulatory compliance auditing in accordance with Algerian pharmaceutical legislation (Law 08-04 and its amendments).
Inventory management, stock rotation, and expiry date monitoring for pharmaceutical products.

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Algeria Algiers.
The Pharmacist engaged under this agreement must hold a valid license issued by the Algerian Ministry of Health and be registered with the National Order of Pharmacists. Proof of licensure shall be provided prior to commencement of services.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 30% at the six-month milestone, and 30% upon successful completion of the twelve-month engagement period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account in Algiers.
Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional fee approval.
The Pharmacist shall comply with all data protection and patient confidentiality obligations as stipulated under Algerian law, including the protection of sensitive health information processed in Algiers.
Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, fees shall be prorated based on services rendered up to the termination date.
All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.

5. Additional Notes

Important: The rates quoted in this Quotation Estimate reflect the current professional fee schedule for a Pharmacist operating in the Algeria Algiers region as of June 2025. These rates are subject to adjustment in accordance with any changes to the Algerian minimum wage, social security contribution rates (CNAS/CNAC), or pharmaceutical regulatory requirements issued by the Algerian Ministry of Health. The client is advised to verify all regulatory prerequisites before initiating the engagement.
