- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, the Pharmacist service rates and availability may be subject to revision.
- All prices quoted in this Quotation Estimate are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10%, as applicable to professional services rendered in Australia Brisbane.
- The Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate must maintain an active AHPRA registration, a valid Queensland pharmacy licence (where applicable), and a minimum of $10,000,000 professional indemnity insurance throughout the engagement period.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable within fourteen (14) days of service completion. Late payments will incur interest at the rate prescribed under the Queensland Interest on Late Payments of Government Debts Act 2009.
