The Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties at the client's premises in Bangladesh Dhaka:

• Dispensing of prescription and over-the-counter medicines in strict compliance with Bangladesh Pharmacy Council regulations and the Drug Act 1940 (as amended).
• Conducting patient counselling sessions on medication usage, dosage schedules, potential drug interactions, and side-effect management for all clients visiting the pharmacy in Dhaka.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records of pharmaceutical products, including controlled substances, as mandated by the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Bangladesh.
• Reviewing and verifying all prescriptions issued by registered medical practitioners before dispensing, ensuring patient safety across all Dhaka locations.
• Providing clinical pharmacology consultations to the medical staff and supporting the wellness centre's evidence-based treatment protocols.
• Ensuring proper storage conditions for temperature-sensitive medicines and maintaining cold-chain integrity as per Bangladesh regulatory standards.
• Participating in community health awareness programmes organized in the Dhaka metropolitan area, promoting rational drug use and public health literacy.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly pharmaceutical reports for the client's management and submitting required documentation to the Dhaka Divisional Drug Administration office.

Amount in words: Eight Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Two Hundred and Thirty Taka Only (BDT 874,230.00)

• 25% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
• Remaining 75% shall be payable in equal monthly instalments within the 7th working day of each calendar month.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of MediCare Pharma Solutions Ltd., Sonali Bank, Banani Branch, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
• Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per standard commercial practice in Bangladesh.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
• The Pharmacist shall be a duly registered professional holding a valid licence issued by the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council. A copy of the registration certificate shall be provided prior to commencement of duties.
• MediCare Pharma Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to replace the assigned Pharmacist with a suitably qualified alternative in the event of prolonged leave, resignation, or disciplinary action, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice to the client.
• The client shall provide a suitable, clean, and adequately equipped workspace for the Pharmacist at the premises in Dhaka, including access to prescription records, inventory management software, and patient consultation areas.
• Both parties agree to resolve any disputes arising from this engagement through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure to reach a settlement, the matter shall be referred to the competent court in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
• All services rendered shall comply with the Drug Act 1940, the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council Act, and all applicable local by-laws of the Dhaka North City Corporation and Dhaka South City Corporation.
