This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. All monetary values are expressed in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and are subject to adjustment in accordance with the minimum wage revisions issued by the Federal Government of Brazil and the collective bargaining agreements of the pharmaceutical sector in the Federal District of Brasília. The Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate must hold a valid registration with the CRF-DF (Conselho Regional de Farmácia do Distrito Federal) and a recognized degree in Pharmacy (Farmácia) from an institution accredited by the Ministry of Education of Brazil (MEC).
Payment terms for the recurring monthly fees are net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice issuance. The one-time setup fees are due within fifteen (15) business days of the formal acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1% per month plus a 2% penalty, in accordance with Brazilian commercial law (Código Civil, Art. 412).
All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the pharmaceutical regulations of the Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (ANVISA), the labor standards of the Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho (CLT), and the specific municipal ordinances of Brasília, Federal District. The Pharmacist shall operate within the professional boundaries defined by Law No. 5,991/1973 and its subsequent amendments, as well as the technical regulations issued by the CFF. Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brasília, DF, Brazil.
