The Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties within the designated facility in China Beijing:
- Dispensing of prescribed and over-the-counter medications in strict compliance with the Drug Administration Law of the People's Republic of China and all applicable Beijing municipal regulations.
- Conducting patient counselling sessions on dosage, side effects, drug interactions, and adherence protocols in Mandarin Chinese, with optional English-language support for international patients.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records, managing cold-chain storage for biologics and vaccines, and ensuring all pharmaceutical products meet NMPA quality standards.
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators to optimize therapeutic regimens and reduce adverse drug events.
- Participating in at least two (2) annual continuing-education workshops approved by the Beijing Pharmaceutical Association to maintain professional competency.
- Preparing monthly compliance reports for the facility's quality-assurance committee and the Beijing Municipal Health Commission.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 15 July 2025, all pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing labor-market conditions in China Beijing.
- Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment is due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be settled in two equal monthly installments during the first two months of the Pharmacist's active employment.
- Compliance: The Pharmacist must hold a valid Chinese Pharmacist Qualification Certificate (执业药师资格证书) and a current practice license registered with the Beijing Municipal Medical Products Administration. Capital Pharma Consulting Ltd. shall verify all credentials prior to commencement.
- Confidentiality: All patient data, formulary information, and operational details encountered by the Pharmacist in China Beijing are subject to the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) of the PRC and the facility's internal data-governance policy.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment to the Quotation Estimate total will be applied.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the Beijing Arbitration Commission, in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to public-health emergencies, government-mandated closures, or natural disasters affecting the China Beijing region.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Pharmacist services in China Beijing and agrees to the financial obligations, scope of work, and terms set forth herein.
