Scope of Services – Pharmacist Position, China ShanghaiThis Quotation Estimate covers the full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and first-year employment support for a licensed Pharmacist to be stationed at your Pudong New Area facility. The Pharmacist will be responsible for prescription verification, medication dispensing, patient counselling, inventory management, and compliance with the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) regulations applicable in China Shanghai. The candidate will hold a valid Chinese Pharmacist License (执业药师资格证书) and a minimum of five years of clinical or community pharmacy experience.

Note: All amounts are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and are exclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 6% for professional services in China Shanghai. The total inclusive of VAT shall be ¥ 286,730.00.
Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement confirmed after the expiry date of 15 July 2025 shall be subject to re-evaluation of rates, particularly the Pharmacist salary benchmark which may fluctuate with the Shanghai pharmaceutical labour market.
- Payment terms: 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall be due upon signed acceptance; 40% shall be payable within thirty (30) days of the Pharmacist's successful onboarding and commencement of duties; the remaining 20% shall be settled within thirty (30) days of the completion of the first full month of service.
- All payments shall be made in Chinese Yuan (CNY) via bank transfer to the designated account of Shanghai MedBridge Healthcare Solutions Co., Ltd. at ICBC Shanghai Pudong Branch. No cash payments will be accepted.
- The Pharmacist shall be engaged under a standard employment contract governed by the Labour Contract Law of the People's Republic of China. Our firm acts solely as a recruitment and administrative intermediary and does not assume employer liability beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate.
- Should the client require the Pharmacist to work in a different district of China Shanghai (e.g., Jing'an, Xuhui, or Minhang), an additional relocation and registration surcharge of ¥3,200.00 shall apply, to be itemised in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for pharmaceutical inventory, equipment, or facility modifications. The client is responsible for providing a fully NMPA-compliant pharmacy workspace in China Shanghai prior to the Pharmacist's start date.
- Any changes to the scope of services, including the addition of a second Pharmacist or a pharmacy technician, must be submitted in writing and will be addressed through an amended Quotation Estimate issued within five (5) business days.
- Confidentiality: All information contained in this Quotation Estimate, including the Pharmacist candidate's credentials and salary details, is strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from both parties.
- Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting engagement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHIAC).
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the Pharmacist position in China Shanghai and authorizes Shanghai MedBridge Healthcare Solutions Co., Ltd. to proceed with the recruitment and onboarding process as described herein.
