3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices, particularly those related to the Pharmacist's monthly compensation, may be subject to revision based on changes in Colombia's minimum wage (Salario Mínimo Mensual) or market conditions in Bogotá.
3.2 Payment Terms: The recruitment and onboarding fees (Items 1, 2, 4, 6) are due within fifteen (15) business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The monthly Pharmacist professional fee (Item 3) shall be invoiced on the first business day of each month and is payable within ten (10) business days of invoice receipt. Training and supervision fees (Items 5, 7) are billed quarterly in arrears.
3.3 Regulatory Compliance: The Pharmacist placed under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a valid professional registration with the Colegio de Farmacéuticos de Bogotá and shall comply with all regulations issued by the Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social of Colombia. The client assumes responsibility for any facility-specific permits required for pharmacy operations in Bogotá.
3.4 Confidentiality: All information exchanged in connection with this Quotation Estimate, including the Pharmacist's professional records and the client's operational data, shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Colombia's Ley 1581 de 2012 (Data Protection Law).
3.5 Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination by the client after the Pharmacist has commenced duties, a prorated fee for the remaining notice period shall apply.
3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by the commercial and labor laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
