The services outlined below are designed to meet the standards established by the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) and the Consejo Superior de Farmacia de Colombia.

The Pharmacist professional engaged under this quotation will hold a valid registration with the Colegio de Farmacéuticos de Antioquia, a current professional license issued by the Secretaría de Salud de Medellín, and a minimum of eight (8) years of clinical and operational experience in hospital pharmacy management within the Colombia Medellín healthcare ecosystem.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, all pricing and service terms are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Colombia Medellín.
• All monetary values are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as per the tax regulations of the Secretaría de Hacienda de Medellín. VAT (IVA) of 19% is included in the unit costs listed above.
• The Pharmacist professional will be engaged under a professional services contract (Contrato de Prestación de Servicios Profesionales) in compliance with Colombian labor law (Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, Decreto 2351 de 1965) and the specific regulations of the Junta de Conciliación Laboral de Medellín.
• Payment terms: 50% upon contract execution and 50% upon successful completion of the first six (6) months of service. Invoicing will be performed monthly with a net-30 payment cycle via bank transfer to the account designated by the service provider.
• The Pharmacist shall maintain professional liability insurance (Seguro de Responsabilidad Profesional) with a minimum coverage of COP 500,000,000, issued by a licensed insurance company operating in Colombia.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, a prorated refund of unused service fees will be issued within fifteen (15) business days.
• All pharmaceutical data, patient records, and proprietary information handled by the Pharmacist under this engagement are subject to strict confidentiality in accordance with Ley 1581 de 2012 (Ley de Protección de Datos Personales) and the regulations of the Superintendencia de Salud de Colombia.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal service agreement. The terms herein serve as a preliminary financial and operational framework for the proposed Pharmacist engagement in Colombia Medellín.
• Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the competent labor courts of the Judicial District of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.
