This Quotation Estimate is issued by Alexandria Pharmaceutical Services Co. to formally outline the scope, deliverables, and associated costs for the provision of a qualified Pharmacist to support the pharmaceutical operations of El-Nour Medical Complex in Egypt Alexandria. This document serves as a binding financial proposal and shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. All pricing is quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
The Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a licensed professional registered with the Egyptian Syndicate of Pharmacists and the Alexandria Governorate Health Authority. The Pharmacist will be stationed at the client's facility in Alexandria, Egypt, and will perform the following duties on a full-time basis (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM):
- Dispensing of prescribed medications in strict compliance with Egyptian Pharmaceutical Law (Law No. 127 of 1955, as amended).
- Management and oversight of the in-house pharmacy inventory, including procurement, storage, and expiry tracking of all pharmaceutical products.
- Provision of patient counselling on medication usage, dosage schedules, potential drug interactions, and side-effect management.
- Preparation and maintenance of controlled-substance registers as mandated by the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) for the Alexandria region.
- Collaboration with the medical staff of El-Nour Medical Complex to review therapeutic regimens and recommend evidence-based alternatives.
- Monthly reporting to the facility management on inventory turnover, wastage, and compliance metrics.
- Participation in quarterly audits conducted by the Alexandria Health Directorate.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly instalments via bank transfer to the account of Alexandria Pharmaceutical Services Co. at National Bank of Egypt, Alexandria Main Branch. The first payment is due within fifteen (15) business days of contract execution. Subsequent payments are due on the first business day of each calendar month. A late-payment penalty of 1.5% per month shall apply to any outstanding balance exceeding the stipulated due date.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Egypt Alexandria.
- The Pharmacist shall be subject to a three-month probationary period. During this period, either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice.
- All pharmaceutical dispensing activities shall comply with the regulations of the Egyptian Drug Authority and the Alexandria Governorate Health Directorate. Non-compliance resulting in regulatory penalties shall be the sole responsibility of the party at fault.
- The Pharmacist is required to maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 500,000, the cost of which is included in the rates above.
- Any change in scope, working hours, or additional responsibilities beyond those listed in Section 2 shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate signed by both parties.
- Confidentiality: All patient data and proprietary operational information encountered by the Pharmacist in Egypt Alexandria shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Egyptian data-protection regulations.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Alexandria, Egypt.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for Pharmacist services in Egypt Alexandria. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding service agreement for the duration specified.
