The following Quotation Estimate covers the full lifecycle of engaging a qualified Pharmacist for the client's retail pharmacy and inpatient dispensing operations located in the Egypt Cairo region. The Pharmacist shall hold a valid license issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population, possess a minimum of five (5) years of post-licensure experience in hospital and community pharmacy settings, and demonstrate proficiency in both Arabic and English for patient counseling and regulatory documentation. The Pharmacist will be assigned to the client's primary facility in Nasr City, Egypt Cairo, with the possibility of rotational coverage at satellite locations within the greater Cairo governorate.

• The Pharmacist engaged under this quotation shall be bound by a standard employment contract governed by the Egyptian Labor Law No. 12 of 2003 and its amendments, including provisions for probationary period (three months), notice periods, and termination clauses.
• All services related to the Pharmacist shall be performed in full compliance with the regulations of the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) and the Egyptian Pharmacy Council. The client assumes responsibility for maintaining valid facility licenses and premises permits in Egypt Cairo.
• MediPharm Solutions Egypt S.A.E. reserves the right to substitute the assigned Pharmacist with a candidate of equivalent or superior qualifications should the original candidate become unavailable, provided prior written notice of no fewer than seven (7) days is given to the client.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for pharmaceutical inventory, equipment, furniture, or any capital expenditures. All such items are the sole responsibility of the client.
• Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of services described in this quotation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Egypt Cairo, and governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient data, proprietary formulary information, and commercial terms disclosed during the engagement of the Pharmacist.
