The Pharmacist proposed under this arrangement holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from Addis Ababa University College of Health Sciences, is duly licensed by the Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority (EFDA), and possesses a minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in hospital pharmacy, community pharmacy dispensing, and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance within the Ethiopia Addis Ababa metropolitan area.
The Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and responsibilities within the client's facility located in Ethiopia Addis Ababa:
- Dispensing of prescription and over-the-counter medications in strict accordance with Ethiopian pharmaceutical regulations and EFDA guidelines.
- Management and oversight of the pharmaceutical inventory, including procurement, storage, quality control, and expiry tracking of all drug products.

- Preparation and maintenance of accurate pharmaceutical records, dispensing logs, and regulatory reporting documents as required by the Ministry of Health of Ethiopia.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
- Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the account designated by MedPharm Ethiopia Ltd., with the first payment due within seven (7) business days of contract commencement.
- The Pharmacist shall be subject to the labor laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, including the Labour Proclamation No. 1156/2019, and all applicable regulations governing healthcare professionals in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of termination, all outstanding compensation owed to the Pharmacist up to the termination date shall be settled in full.
- MedPharm Ethiopia Ltd. shall not be held liable for any clinical decisions made independently by the Pharmacist outside the scope of duties defined in this Quotation Estimate.
- All pharmaceutical records and patient data handled by the Pharmacist shall remain the confidential property of the client and shall be governed by Ethiopian data protection and medical confidentiality laws.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a permanent employment contract. The engagement is for a fixed term of twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein for the engagement of the Pharmacist in Ethiopia Addis Ababa. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall serve as the governing financial agreement for the duration of the engagement.
