1. Scope of Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by PharmaConsult Paris SARL to provide a comprehensive financial breakdown for the recruitment, deployment, and ongoing professional support of a licensed Pharmacist (Docteur en Pharmacie) within the France Paris metropolitan area. The services described herein are designed to meet the clinical, regulatory, and operational requirements of the requesting institution in full compliance with the French Public Health Code (Code de la Santé Publique) and the regulations set forth by the Ordre des Pharmaciens de France.

The Pharmacist engagement covers a twelve-month contract period commencing on 1 September 2025, with the option for renewal. All professional activities will be conducted within the France Paris jurisdiction, adhering to the standards established by the Agence Régionale de Santé (ARS) Île-de-France and the relevant pharmacovigilance directives of the ANSM (Agence Nationale de Sécurité du Médicament et des Produits de Santé).

3. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and the total amount may be subject to revision due to changes in French labour legislation, social security contribution rates, or market conditions in the France Paris region.
Payment terms: 30% of the total Quotation Estimate value is due upon contract signature. The remaining 70% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, payable within thirty (30) days of invoice receipt via bank transfer to the account of PharmaConsult Paris SARL.
The Pharmacist engaged under this agreement must hold a valid French Doctorate in Pharmacy (Doctorat en Pharmacie) and be duly registered with the Ordre des Pharmaciens. Any gap in professional registration will result in immediate suspension of services at no additional cost to the client.
All services will be performed in accordance with the French Public Health Code, the Code du Travail, and the specific regulations governing pharmaceutical practice in France Paris. The Pharmacist will operate under the direct clinical supervision of the institution's Chief Medical Officer.
Early termination of the contract by either party requires a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment to the Quotation Estimate total will be applied, and all statutory obligations under French employment law will be honoured.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Upon acceptance, it shall form the financial annex to the definitive service agreement governing the Pharmacist engagement in France Paris.
Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris, France Paris, in accordance with French civil law.
All personal data processed in connection with this engagement shall comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French data protection laws overseen by the CNIL.
