- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and terms must be renegotiated in writing.
- Payment Terms: Invoicing shall be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account of ApotekConsult GmbH, Berlin, Germany. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate under § 288 BGB.
- Pharmacist Qualifications: The Pharmacist assigned to this engagement shall hold a recognized degree in Pharmacy (Dipl.-Pharm. or M.Sc. Pharmacy) and a valid practicing license issued by the competent authority in Germany Berlin. Proof of licensure shall be provided prior to commencement of services.
- Compliance: All Pharmacist activities shall be conducted in strict accordance with the German Pharmacy Act (Apothekengesetz), the Berlin Pharmacy Ordinance (Berliner Apothekenverordnung), and all applicable federal and state regulations governing pharmaceutical practice in Germany Berlin.
