1. Purpose of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is issued by PharmaConsult Munich GmbH to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a licensed Pharmacist to deliver specialised pharmaceutical consulting, medication management, and clinical pharmacy services at the Klinikum Südbayern AG facility located in Germany Munich. This document serves as a formal Quotation Estimate and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the final service agreement. All pricing within this Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates for Pharmacist professional services in the Munich metropolitan area of Germany and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 7.
2. Scope of Pharmacist ServicesThe Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services within the Germany Munich region:
- Clinical pharmacy consultation and therapeutic drug monitoring for inpatient and outpatient wards.
- Medication reconciliation, adverse drug reaction reporting, and pharmacovigilance compliance in accordance with the German Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) regulations.
- Formulary management, drug procurement advisory, and cost-effectiveness analysis for the hospital pharmacy in Munich.
- Staff training and continuing education sessions for nursing and medical personnel on safe medication administration practices.

The Pharmacist proposed under this Quotation Estimate holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree accredited by the Bavarian State Ministry of Health, a valid licence to practise pharmacy in the Free State of Bavaria, and a minimum of eight years of clinical pharmacy experience in hospital settings within Germany Munich. The Pharmacist is a registered member of the Bayerische Apothekerkammer (Bavarian Chamber of Pharmacists) and maintains current certification in antimicrobial stewardship and oncology pharmacy. All credentials will be verified prior to commencement of services as stipulated in this Quotation Estimate.
5. Payment TermsPayment against this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly instalments within 30 days of invoice issuance. A 10% mobilisation fee is due upon contract signature. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of PharmaConsult Munich GmbH, IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC: COBADEFFXXX. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory German rate of 8% above the ECB base rate per annum, in accordance with Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
6. Validity and AcceptanceThis Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Should the Pharmacist market rates in Germany Munich fluctuate by more than 5% prior to contract execution, PharmaConsult Munich GmbH reserves the right to revise the figures in this Quotation Estimate with written notice to the client. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall be confirmed in writing by the authorised signatory of Klinikum Südbayern AG.
7. Terms and Conditions7.1 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from the services described herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Germany.
7.2 The Pharmacist shall comply with all applicable data protection regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), particularly regarding patient health records handled in Munich.
7.3 Either party may terminate the engagement with 60 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata portion of the remaining Quotation Estimate value shall be invoiced.
7.4 PharmaConsult Munich GmbH shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the Pharmacist services. Total liability is capped at the total value of this Quotation Estimate.
7.5 All intellectual property, reports, and documentation produced by the Pharmacist in the course of this engagement shall become the property of Klinikum Südbayern AG upon full payment.
