The Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties within the Ghana Accra healthcare network:

• Dispensing of prescription and over-the-counter medications in compliance with Ghanaian pharmaceutical regulations.
• Management of inventory, stock control, and procurement of pharmaceutical products at assigned clinics and hospitals in Accra.
• Provision of patient counselling on medication usage, side effects, and drug interactions.
• Conducting regular audits of drug storage conditions, expiry dates, and cold-chain integrity.
• Collaboration with physicians and nursing staff on therapeutic regimens and antimicrobial stewardship programmes.
• Maintenance of accurate patient medication records in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.
• Participation in community health outreach programmes across the Accra Metropolitan and Ga East Municipal Assemblies.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:

• 30% advance payment (GHS 68,551.50) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
• Monthly instalments of GHS 15,965.42 for the remaining 11 months, payable by the 5th business day of each month via bank transfer to MediCare Professional Services Ltd., GCB Bank, Accra Branch.
• All payments are subject to a 14-day credit period from the date of invoice issuance.
• Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, in line with Ghanaian commercial practice.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in the Ghana Cedi exchange rate or regulatory fee adjustments.
• The Pharmacist engaged must hold a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Pharmacy Council of Ghana and must be registered with the Ghana Health Service. Proof of registration shall be provided prior to commencement of duties.
• All services shall be rendered within the geographical boundaries of Ghana Accra, specifically the Greater Accra Region, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
• MediCare Professional Services Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the assigned Pharmacist with an equivalently qualified professional, subject to prior written notification to the client.
• Confidentiality of all patient data and operational records is guaranteed under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and the Ghanaian Medical and Dental Practitioners Act, 1994 (Act 494).
• Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unutilised fees shall be processed within 21 days.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the advance payment.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798).
