- Payment Terms: A 30% advance payment of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining balance shall be payable in monthly instalments aligned with the Pharmacist's payroll cycle. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by MedStaff Solutions Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi.
- Compliance: The Pharmacist shall operate strictly within the legal framework of the Pharmacy Council of India and the Delhi State Pharmacy Council. MedStaff Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall ensure that the Pharmacist's registration in India New Delhi remains active throughout the engagement period.
- Replacement Clause: In the event the Pharmacist is unable to continue due to medical leave, resignation, or termination, MedStaff Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall provide a replacement Pharmacist of equivalent qualification within fourteen (14) working days at no additional recruitment fee.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient data, prescription records, and proprietary business information in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable data protection norms in India New Delhi.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices as per this Quotation Estimate shall be settled within fifteen (15) days.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts in New Delhi, India New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
