1. Scope of Services — Pharmacist Engagement in Japan Kyoto
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Kyoto Pharmaceutical Solutions Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a licensed Pharmacist to deliver professional pharmaceutical services within the Japan Kyoto metropolitan area. The Pharmacist will be responsible for medication management, patient counseling, prescription verification, drug interaction screening, and community health education programs across designated clinics and pharmacy outlets in Kyoto.
The scope of this Quotation Estimate covers a twelve-month service period commencing upon mutual agreement. The Pharmacist shall operate in full compliance with the Japan Pharmaceutical Affairs Act (Yakugunin Kanri Hou) and all regulatory requirements set forth by the Kyoto Prefectural Board of Pharmacy. All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 5 below.

3. Payment Terms
Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly installments of JPY 910,342 (inclusive of 10% consumption tax), due on the 5th business day of each month via bank transfer to the account designated by Kyoto Pharmaceutical Solutions Co., Ltd. The initial payment shall be due within 14 days of contract execution. A 1.5% late payment surcharge will apply to any installment not received within 10 days of the due date.
4. Assumptions & Exclusions
- This Quotation Estimate assumes the Pharmacist will be based in the Japan Kyoto metropolitan area and will not require relocation from outside the Kansai region.
- Costs for pharmaceutical inventory, medical equipment, and facility rent are excluded from this Quotation Estimate and shall be borne separately by the client.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined herein (e.g., specialized oncology pharmacy, pediatric formulary management) will be quoted separately via a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- Exchange rate fluctuations do not apply as all costs are denominated in Japanese Yen (JPY).
- The Pharmacist is expected to work a standard 40-hour week (Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30) with on-call availability as specified in Item 8.
5. Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Japan Kyoto.
- Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between the parties. A formal service contract will be executed within 7 business days of acceptance.
- The Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate must hold a valid Japanese Pharmacist License (Yakushi Shoken) and be registered with the Kyoto Prefectural Board of Pharmacy prior to commencing duties.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with 60 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of prepaid amounts will be issued, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
- All patient data and pharmaceutical records handled by the Pharmacist are subject to Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and the Medical Confidentiality provisions of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Kyoto, Japan, in accordance with the laws of the State of Japan.
