The scope of this Quotation Estimate covers all costs associated with identifying, vetting, and placing a qualified Pharmacist in the Kazakhstan Almaty metropolitan area, as well as the first twelve (12) months of continuous employment support. All figures presented herein are based on current market rates applicable to the Kazakhstan Almaty pharmaceutical labor market as of June 2025.

The Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties within the Kazakhstan Almaty operational zone:

• Dispensing of prescription and over-the-counter medications in compliance with the Republic of Kazakhstan Pharmaceutical Code and Almaty City Health Department regulations.
• Conducting patient consultations on medication usage, dosage, potential drug interactions, and side-effect management.
• Managing inventory, procurement, and quality control of pharmaceutical products stored at the Almaty facility.
• Maintaining accurate records of controlled substances in accordance with Kazakhstan federal and Almaty municipal reporting requirements.
• Providing clinical support to physicians and nurses within the Almaty healthcare network regarding pharmacotherapy decisions.
• Participating in continuing professional development (CPD) programs mandated by the Kazakhstan Ministry of Health for all registered pharmacists.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing for the Pharmacist engagement in Kazakhstan Almaty is subject to revision based on prevailing labor market conditions.
• Payment shall be made in installments: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful placement and first-day commencement of the Pharmacist, and 30% upon completion of the third month of service.
• All payments are to be made in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) via bank transfer to the account of MediStaff Kazakhstan LLP, Almaty, Kazakhstan. International wire transfers in USD will be converted at the National Bank of Kazakhstan's official rate on the day of transaction.
• The Pharmacist must hold a valid license issued by the Kazakhstan Ministry of Health and a current Almaty City practice registration. Verification of credentials is a prerequisite before any service commences.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unused fees will be calculated and returned within fifteen (15) business days.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The definitive employment agreement for the Pharmacist will be executed separately in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• All personal data processed in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent Pharmacist engagement shall be handled in compliance with Kazakhstan's Law on Personal Data Protection (No. 94-V, 2014).

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined for the Pharmacist engagement in Kazakhstan Almaty. This acceptance authorizes MediStaff Kazakhstan LLP to proceed with the recruitment and onboarding process as described herein.
