Purpose and Scope of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is issued by PharmaServicios MX, S.A. de C.V. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the professional services of a licensed Pharmacist to be deployed at the client's facility located in Mexico Mexico City. The scope of this engagement covers the full-time provision of a certified Pharmacist who will manage pharmaceutical inventory, dispense medications, provide clinical consultations, ensure regulatory compliance with the Mexican Health Ministry (Secretaría de Salud), and oversee the pharmacy operations in accordance with all applicable federal and local regulations governing pharmaceutical practice in Mexico Mexico City.

The Pharmacist assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Licenciatura en Farmacia (Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy) from an institution accredited by the Mexican Ministry of Public Education (SEP). The Pharmacist must possess a valid professional license (Cédula Profesional) issued by the Colegio de Farmacéuticos de la Ciudad de México and a current registration with COFEPRIS. A minimum of five (5) years of post-licensure experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy settings within Mexico Mexico City is required. The Pharmacist must demonstrate proficiency in Spanish and English, as the client facility serves a bilingual patient population.
4. Terms and Conditions4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing is subject to revision based on current market conditions in Mexico Mexico City.
4.2 Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% to be paid in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month service period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the formal contract.
4.3 The Pharmacist services described herein are governed by the Federal Labor Law (Ley Federal del Trabajo) of Mexico and all applicable regulations of the State of Mexico City. The client is responsible for providing a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with NOM-030-STPS-2009.
4.4 Any modifications to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional services will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
4.5 The Pharmacist shall comply with all data protection requirements under the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and the regulations of the Mexico Mexico City data authority.
4.6 In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government-mandated closures in Mexico Mexico City, either party may suspend services without penalty, with written notice within 48 hours.
4.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any Pharmacist services.
5. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Pharmacist services in Mexico Mexico City and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This acceptance authorizes PharmaServicios MX, S.A. de C.V. to proceed with the recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of the qualified Pharmacist as described.
