The Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) degree from a recognized institution in Myanmar or an equivalent foreign qualification validated by the Myanmar Pharmacy Council. The Pharmacist must possess a current, valid license to practice in Myanmar Yangon and the wider Myanmar jurisdiction. A minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification experience in community or hospital pharmacy settings within Myanmar Yangon is strongly preferred. The Pharmacist shall be responsible for prescription verification, medication dispensing, patient counselling on drug interactions, inventory management of pharmaceutical supplies, and compliance with the Myanmar Food and Drug Authority (FDA) regulations applicable in Yangon.
4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation EstimateImportant Terms Governing This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices and terms are subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Myanmar Yangon.
- All monetary values are stated in Myanmar Kyat (MMK). The USD equivalent is provided for reference only and is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of issue.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total annual cost shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and commencement of the Pharmacist's engagement. The remaining 50% shall be payable in two equal quarterly instalments.
- The Pharmacist's employment contract shall be governed by the Labour Law of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and all applicable regulations in Myanmar Yangon.
- Any changes to the scope of services, additional pharmaceutical responsibilities, or extended working hours beyond the standard 40-hour workweek in Myanmar Yangon shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately.
- Golden Lotus Healthcare Solutions Co., Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the Pharmacist with an equally qualified candidate should the originally assigned Pharmacist be unavailable due to medical leave or personal circumstances, provided prior written notice is given to the Myanmar Yangon Community Health Centre.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include Value Added Tax (VAT) as healthcare professional services in Myanmar are currently exempt under the Myanmar VAT Law. Should tax regulations change, applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice.
- Confidentiality: All patient data, pharmaceutical records, and operational information handled by the Pharmacist in Myanmar Yangon shall remain strictly confidential in accordance with Myanmar data protection guidelines.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to the competent court in Myanmar Yangon.
