The Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and responsibilities:

- The Pharmacist candidate must present a valid Nepal Pharmacy Council registration certificate and a current license to practice before commencing duties.
- Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon successful onboarding of the Pharmacist, and the remaining 20% within 15 days of the first full month of service.
- The client organization is responsible for providing a suitable workspace, necessary pharmaceutical equipment, and a safe working environment in compliance with Kathmandu municipal health regulations.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In such cases, pro-rata charges will apply as per the terms outlined in this document.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally signed and stamped by both parties.
