The Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and responsibilities within the client's premises located in Pakistan Islamabad:
- Dispensing of prescribed and over-the-counter medications in strict compliance with the Pakistan Drug Regulatory Authority (PDRA) guidelines and the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan (PCP) code of conduct.
- Management and maintenance of the pharmacy inventory, including procurement, stock rotation, expiry monitoring, and cold-chain storage of temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products.
- Provision of patient counselling on medication usage, dosage schedules, potential drug interactions, and side-effect management.
- Preparation and verification of compound preparations, sterile formulations, and intravenous admixtures as per physician prescriptions.
- Maintenance of accurate patient medication records, prescription logs, and regulatory compliance documentation as mandated by the Islamabad Capital Territory health authorities.
- Coordination with hospital departments, general practitioners, and specialist physicians to ensure seamless medication management for inpatients and outpatients.
- Participation in hospital pharmacy committees, formulary reviews, and antimicrobial stewardship programmes.
- Adherence to all occupational health and safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous pharmaceutical substances and controlled narcotic drugs as per the Narcotic Drugs Control Act of Pakistan.

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Pakistan Islamabad.
4.2 Payment Terms: A 50% advance payment shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 50% shall be payable in equal monthly installments within the first ten (10) business days of each calendar month. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of MediStaff Professional Services (Pvt.) Ltd., Islamabad.
4.3 Contract Duration: The engagement of the Pharmacist under this Quotation Estimate is for an initial term of twelve (12) months, renewable upon mutual written agreement of both parties. Either party may terminate the contract with a thirty (30) day written notice.
4.4 Regulatory Compliance: The Pharmacist shall hold a valid, active license issued by the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan. The client is responsible for ensuring that the facility in Islamabad meets all requirements set forth by the Islamabad Capital Territory Health Department and the Pakistan Drug Regulatory Authority.
4.5 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient data, proprietary formulations, and business information in accordance with the Pakistan Information Technology Act, 2002, and applicable data protection regulations.
4.6 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure to reach a settlement, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
4.7 Taxation: All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are inclusive of applicable Sales Tax and Federal Excise Duty as per the prevailing tax regime of Pakistan. A separate GST invoice shall be issued with each payment.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and cost estimates outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Pharmacist engagement in Pakistan Islamabad. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a legally binding agreement.
