Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- Advance (40%): PKR 639,200 – payable within 7 working days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, prior to initiating the Pharmacist recruitment process.
- Milestone (30%): PKR 479,400 – payable upon successful onboarding and commencement of duties by the Pharmacist at the client's facility in Pakistan Karachi.
- Balance (30%): PKR 479,400 – payable in equal monthly installments of PKR 39,950 over the remaining 12-month contract period, due on the 5th of each month.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of MedStaff Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd., Meezan Bank, Clifton Branch, Pakistan Karachi, Account No. 0045-8821-3367-001. Cheques should be made payable to "MedStaff Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd."
5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to re-evaluation based on prevailing market conditions in Pakistan Karachi.
5.2 Replacement Guarantee: In the event the deployed Pharmacist resigns, is terminated for cause, or fails to meet the minimum competency standards within the 90-day guarantee period, MedStaff Solutions shall provide a replacement Pharmacist at no additional recruitment fee. The replacement shall be sourced from the same candidate pool in Pakistan Karachi.
5.3 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Quotation Estimate, the Pharmacist's personal data, and all proprietary operational information of the client's pharmacy in Pakistan Karachi.
5.4 Compliance: The Pharmacist shall operate in full compliance with the Drugs (Licensing) Act, the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan Code of Ethics, and all municipal regulations applicable to pharmacy operations in Pakistan Karachi.
5.5 Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date shall be settled within 15 working days.
5.6 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1940, with the seat of arbitration in Pakistan Karachi.
5.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or regulatory changes affecting pharmacy operations in Pakistan Karachi.
