4. Pharmacist Qualifications and Scope of Practice
The Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from a CHED-accredited institution in the Philippines Manila region or elsewhere in the Philippines; a valid and active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license; a valid FDA registration for pharmacy practice; a minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience in hospital or retail pharmacy settings; and demonstrated competency in prescription verification, drug interaction analysis, patient counseling, inventory management, and compliance with the Philippine Drug Regulatory Authority (PDRA) guidelines. 5. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Philippines Manila healthcare staffing sector.
- Payment Terms: A 50% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 50% shall be settled in equal monthly installments over the twelve (12) month engagement period.
