This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request received from Al Noor Medical Centre for the recruitment, licensing, and placement of a qualified Pharmacist to operate within the healthcare facilities located in Qatar Doha. The scope of this engagement encompasses the full lifecycle of the Pharmacist recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing through to successful onboarding and regulatory compliance with the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) of Qatar.
The Pharmacist position described in this Quotation Estimate is for a full-time, permanent role within the outpatient pharmacy department. The successful Pharmacist candidate will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications, providing patient counselling on drug interactions and side effects, managing inventory of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with Qatar's pharmaceutical regulations, and collaborating with physicians and nursing staff to optimise patient care outcomes in the Doha healthcare environment.

- This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding offer and does not constitute a contractual obligation until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by the service provider.
- The Pharmacist candidate must hold a recognised Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution and possess a valid, unrestricted pharmacy licence from their home country.
- All regulatory approvals, including MOPH Qatar pharmacist licensing, are subject to the discretion of the relevant governmental authorities in Qatar Doha. Delays beyond the service provider's control will not be considered a breach of this Quotation Estimate.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful MOPH licensing of the Pharmacist, and 20% upon confirmed arrival and onboarding in Doha, Qatar.
- The service provider shall not be liable for any visa rejection, medical fitness failure, or licensing denial by Qatari authorities. In such cases, the advance payment shall be refunded less any non-recoverable government fees already incurred.
- This Quotation Estimate covers the placement of one (1) Pharmacist. Additional Pharmacist placements will be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate and may qualify for volume-based discounts.
- All services described herein shall be performed in strict compliance with the laws of the State of Qatar, including but not limited to the Qatar Labour Law (Law No. 14 of 2004) and the Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Products Law.
- Confidentiality: All personal data of the Pharmacist candidate and the client shall be handled in accordance with Qatar's data protection regulations and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Doha, Qatar.
