The Pharmacist will be responsible for the full spectrum of pharmaceutical duties including but not limited to: prescription verification and dispensing, patient counselling on medication usage and side effects, inventory management of pharmaceutical products, compliance auditing in accordance with GPhP (Good Pharmacy Practice) standards, and the preparation of mandatory reporting documents to the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare (Roszdravnadzor). The Pharmacist will be stationed at the primary facility located in the Central Administrative District of Russia Moscow, with periodic rotations to satellite pharmacies in the Northern, Southwestern, and Eastern Administrative Districts as operationally required.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Pharmacist services in Russia Moscow.
2. All prices stated in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Russian Rubles (RUB) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes in Russia Moscow unless otherwise specified. The 20% VAT is itemized separately for the purposes of the client's accounting records.
3. Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 35% upon successful onboarding and first month of Pharmacist service delivery; 25% upon completion of the twelve-month contract term and final compliance audit.
4. The Pharmacist shall be employed in accordance with the Labour Code of the Russian Federation. All employment contracts, social security registrations, and work permits (where applicable for foreign-qualified pharmacists) shall be the responsibility of PharmaConsult Moscow LLC.
5. PharmaConsult Moscow LLC reserves the right to substitute the assigned Pharmacist with a qualified equivalent should the original Pharmacist be unable to continue service due to medical leave, resignation, or other force majeure circumstances. Any such substitution will be communicated to the client in writing no fewer than ten (10) business days in advance.
6. All pharmaceutical operations performed by the Pharmacist in Russia Moscow shall strictly comply with Federal Law No. 61-FZ "On Circulation of Medicines" and all subordinate regulations issued by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
7. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient data, proprietary formulary information, and commercial terms contained within this Quotation Estimate, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data."
8. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through negotiation, and failing that, through arbitration at the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow, Russia Moscow, in accordance with the applicable procedural rules.
9. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties in duplicate, each bearing the company seal and authorized signature.
