As stipulated in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of 20% (RUB 827,000) is due within ten (10) business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be invoiced on a monthly basis, payable within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice receipt. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of PharmaStaff Solutions LLC, registered in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.1% per calendar day as permitted under the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision without prior notice.
The Pharmacist engagement described herein is governed by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and applicable Saint Petersburg municipal regulations.
PharmaStaff Solutions LLC shall bear full responsibility for the professional competence and regulatory compliance of the Pharmacist throughout the engagement period.
Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, a pro-rata fee shall apply as detailed in the master service agreement.
All personal data processed in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent Pharmacist engagement shall be handled in strict compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of the Russian Federation.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any services.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Saint Petersburg, Russia, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the cost projections, scope of services, and terms outlined above are acceptable. This signature authorizes PharmaStaff Solutions LLC to proceed with the recruitment and deployment of the Pharmacist in Russia Saint Petersburg as described herein.
