This Quotation Estimate covers all professional services, regulatory compliance activities, and associated costs required to secure a fully licensed Pharmacist who meets the standards set forth by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All figures presented herein are denominated in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated.

The Pharmacist position described in this Quotation Estimate entails the following professional responsibilities and service deliverables:

• Management of pharmaceutical inventory, including procurement, storage, and quality control of all drug products.

The Pharmacist to be placed under this Quotation Estimate must satisfy the following minimum qualifications:

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability are subject to revision.
• The Provider guarantees the placement of a Pharmacist who meets all stated qualifications within sixty (60) business days of receiving the advance payment.
• All regulatory filings, including SFDA licensing and HRSD work permit processing, shall be conducted in full compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the specific municipal regulations of Jeddah.
• The Pharmacist shall be bound to a minimum employment contract of two (2) years with the client. Early termination by the client within the first 12 months shall require reimbursement of 50% of the recruitment and licensing fees.
• The Provider shall not be liable for delays caused by government processing times, force majeure events, or actions beyond its reasonable control.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract between the client and the Pharmacist. A separate employment agreement, compliant with Saudi labor law, shall be executed upon placement.
• All personal data collected during the recruitment process shall be handled in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
