Thank you for your request for a Quotation Estimate regarding the recruitment and engagement of a qualified Pharmacist to provide professional pharmaceutical services at your facility in Senegal Dakar. This Quotation Estimate has been carefully prepared to reflect the full scope of services, associated costs, and terms governing the engagement of a Pharmacist under our professional staffing framework. All pricing is quoted in West African CFA Francs (XOF) and is subject to the terms outlined herein.
This Quotation Estimate covers the complete recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional management of a licensed Pharmacist for a period of twelve (12) months at the Clinique Sainte-Famille in Senegal Dakar. The Pharmacist will be responsible for the following duties:
- Dispensing and verifying all prescriptions issued by the clinic's medical staff in compliance with Senegalese pharmaceutical regulations.
- Managing the inventory, procurement, and quality control of all pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and controlled substances stored at the facility.
- Providing patient counselling on medication usage, dosage schedules, potential drug interactions, and side effects.
- Ensuring full compliance with the regulatory standards set forth by the Direction de la Pharmacie et du Médicament (DPM) of the Senegalese Ministry of Health.
- Conducting regular audits of the pharmacy's cold-chain storage, expiry-date tracking, and stock rotation protocols.
- Collaborating with the clinical team in Senegal Dakar to develop and update the clinic's formulary and therapeutic guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate records of all pharmaceutical transactions and generating monthly reports for the clinic's administration.

- A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total Quotation Estimate value (XOF 6,867,600) is due within five (5) business days of acceptance to initiate the Pharmacist recruitment process.
- The remaining balance shall be invoiced on a monthly basis, payable within fifteen (15) calendar days of each invoice date via bank transfer to PharmaCare Senegal's account at Ecobank Senegal, Dakar.
- Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 1.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Senegalese commercial law.
- All payments are to be made in West African CFA Francs (XOF). No foreign currency payments will be accepted.
- This Quotation Estimate constitutes a formal offer by PharmaCare Senegal SARL and is binding upon written acceptance by the client. Acceptance must be communicated in writing (email or signed copy) within the validity period stated above.
- The Pharmacist engaged under this agreement shall hold a valid practising licence issued by the Ordre des Pharmaciens du Sénégal and shall maintain all required professional registrations throughout the engagement period in Senegal Dakar.
- PharmaCare Senegal reserves the right to replace the Pharmacist with a suitably qualified replacement of equivalent or higher standing, subject to prior written notice of no fewer than fourteen (14) days, in the event of illness, resignation, or regulatory non-compliance.
- The client agrees to provide a safe, adequately equipped pharmacy workspace, access to all necessary IT systems, and reasonable working conditions as required for the Pharmacist to perform duties in accordance with Senegalese occupational health and safety standards.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, all fees accrued up to the termination date shall remain payable.
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Senegal. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting engagement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Dakar, Senegal.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient data, clinical records, and proprietary business information encountered during the course of the Pharmacist's engagement.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms acceptance of all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of a Pharmacist at the specified facility in Senegal Dakar.
