This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atlantic Health Staffing (Pty) Ltd to Cape Peninsula Community Health Clinic for the professional engagement of a registered Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services at the client's facility located in South Africa Cape Town. The Pharmacist will be responsible for the dispensing of prescribed medications, patient counselling, medication therapy management, inventory control, and compliance with the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) regulations and the Pharmacy Council of South Africa (PCSA) code of conduct.
The Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a valid registration with the Pharmacy Council of South Africa, possess a B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree from a recognised South African institution, and have a minimum of five (5) years of post-registration experience in community or hospital pharmacy practice within the Cape Town metropolitan area.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly instalments over the twelve (12) month engagement period. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
- The Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be bound by the Pharmacy Act 84 of 1974 (as amended), the PCSA Code of Conduct, and all applicable South African health and safety legislation applicable in the Western Cape province.
- Atlantic Health Staffing (Pty) Ltd shall be responsible for the employment contract, PAYE, UIF, and SDL contributions for the Pharmacist. The client is not required to manage any employment-related obligations.
- The Pharmacist shall maintain a minimum of 20 CPD points per annum as required by the Pharmacy Council of South Africa. Failure to maintain CPD compliance shall be at the sole cost of the staffing agency.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, a pro-rata fee of 10% of the remaining contract value shall be payable.
- All services rendered by the Pharmacist shall be conducted at the client's premises in Cape Town, South Africa, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel and accommodation for off-site duties shall be quoted separately.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below. A formal service-level agreement (SLA) will be executed upon acceptance.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of Cape Town shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- The Pharmacist shall comply with all data protection requirements under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) 4 of 2013 when handling patient records and pharmaceutical data.
