1. Scope of Services — Pharmacist Engagement
This Quotation Estimate is issued by MediPharm Solutions (Pty) Ltd to provide a comprehensive, itemised cost breakdown for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing management of a fully registered Pharmacist to operate at the Mokoena Family Health Clinic in Johannesburg, South Africa. The Pharmacist will hold a valid South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) registration and a B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree from an accredited South African university. The scope encompasses clinical dispensing, medication therapy management, patient counselling, inventory control, regulatory compliance, and community health outreach programmes aligned with the Department of Health guidelines for the Johannesburg metropolitan area.

All amounts are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). VAT is applicable at the current rate of 15% as per South African Revenue Service (SARS) regulations. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
3. Terms and Conditions
3.1 This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding document and does not constitute a contract of employment. A formal service-level agreement (SLA) will be executed upon acceptance of this estimate.
3.2 The Pharmacist placed under this arrangement will be an employee of MediPharm Solutions (Pty) Ltd and will be seconded to the Mokoena Family Health Clinic in Johannesburg, South Africa. The client shall not be deemed the employer of the Pharmacist.
3.3 Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon signing of the SLA; the remaining 50% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears. All invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt.
3.4 The Pharmacist must maintain an active SAPC registration throughout the engagement period. Any lapse in registration will be at the cost of the responsible party as determined by the SLA.
3.5 This Quotation Estimate is specific to the Johannesburg, South Africa operational area. Should the service location change to another province or metropolitan area, a revised estimate will be required.
3.6 MediPharm Solutions reserves the right to replace the Pharmacist with an equally qualified candidate upon 30 days' written notice, should performance standards not be met as outlined in the quarterly review process.
3.7 All personal data processed in connection with this Quotation Estimate and subsequent engagement shall comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), 2013, of South Africa.
4. Acceptance
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Pharmacist services in South Africa Johannesburg. This acceptance does not constitute a binding contract until a formal SLA is executed by both parties.
