Terms and Conditions1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period shall be subject to re-evaluation of pricing.
2. The Pharmacist placed under this engagement must maintain a valid Korean Pharmacist License throughout the duration of employment. Lapse of licensure shall be reported to our office within 48 hours.
3. All services rendered in South Korea Seoul shall comply with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act (약사법), the Medical Service Act, and applicable Seoul Metropolitan Government regulations.
4. This Quotation Estimate does not include the Pharmacist's salary, benefits, or ongoing employment costs, which shall be negotiated separately between the client and the Pharmacist.
5. In the event that no suitable Pharmacist candidate is identified within sixty (60) days of project commencement, this Quotation Estimate shall be voided and any advance payment refunded in full within fourteen (14) business days.
6. Confidentiality: All candidate data, medical records, and proprietary information exchanged during this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul, South Korea, under the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB).
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting South Korea Seoul.
