- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices and the availability of the specified Pharmacist may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, regulatory changes in Spain, or changes in the Madrid healthcare landscape.
- All services described in this estimate will be performed by a Pharmacist who is duly registered with the Colegio Oficial de Farmacéuticos de Madrid and holds a valid professional licence issued by the Spanish Ministry of Health. The Pharmacist will comply with all ethical and professional standards set forth by the Spanish Pharmaceutical Council (Consejo General de Colegios Oficiales de Farmacéuticos).
- The total cost outlined in this Quotation Estimate is exclusive of any additional services not explicitly listed herein. Any supplementary requests for the Pharmacist's expertise beyond the agreed scope in Spain Madrid will be subject to a separate written amendment to this estimate.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 70% payable in monthly instalments aligned with the service delivery schedule. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Spanish fiscal regulations (Ley 58/2003 del Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas and applicable VAT legislation).
- The Pharmacist engaged under this agreement will observe strict confidentiality in accordance with the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection (LOPDGDD 3/2018) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applied in Spain. All patient and clinical information handled in Madrid will be treated with the highest degree of professional secrecy.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal service agreement. Acceptance of this estimate by the client shall be confirmed in writing via email or signed copy returned to PharmaMadrid Professional Services S.L. within the validity period.
- Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Spain, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
- The Pharmacist reserves the right to decline or modify specific tasks if they fall outside the legal scope of pharmacy practice as defined by the Spanish Royal Decree 987/1999 and subsequent amendments governing pharmaceutical professional activity in Madrid.
