Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in Spain Valencia.
- All Pharmacist services described herein are to be performed by a duly registered Pharmacist holding a valid licence issued by the Generalitat Valenciana and registered with the Il·lustre Col·legi Oficial de Farmacèutics de València.
- Payment terms: 50% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and 50% upon completion of the 12-month service period. Invoices shall be issued in accordance with Spanish fiscal regulations (Ley 58/2003 del Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido).
- The Pharmacist assigned to this contract shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 600,000 EUR, as required for healthcare professionals operating in Spain Valencia.
- Any additional Pharmacist services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written agreement and supplementary quotation.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance shall be evidenced by signature and stamp on the copy of this document.
- All data processed by the Pharmacist in the course of these services shall comply with the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia, Spain, in accordance with applicable Spanish civil and commercial law.
