2. Scope of Services – Pharmacist EngagementThe Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties within the Sri Lanka Colombo healthcare environment:

- Conducting patient counselling sessions on medication usage, side effects, and dosage schedules.
- Managing inventory of pharmaceutical products, including stock audits and expiry tracking.

- Maintaining accurate patient medication records and adverse drug reaction reporting.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- The Pharmacist engaged shall hold a valid registration with the Sri Lanka Pharmacy Council and a current Good Standing certificate. Verification of credentials shall be completed prior to commencement of duties.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon contract signing, with the remaining 50% payable in two equal quarterly installments. All payments shall be made in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) via bank transfer to the account specified in the attached payment schedule.
- The Pharmacist shall adhere to all applicable regulations of the Ministry of Health, Sri Lanka, and the Pharmacy Council of Sri Lanka throughout the engagement period.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment shall be applied to the remaining balance of this Quotation Estimate.
- All pharmaceutical data and patient records handled by the Pharmacist shall remain the confidential property of Colombo General Hospital and shall be protected in accordance with Sri Lankan data protection guidelines.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
