- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Sudan Khartoum.
- The Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate must hold a valid license issued by the Sudanese Pharmacy Board and a recognized degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or M.Pharm) from an accredited institution.
- All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account designated by Nile Pharmaceutical Services Ltd. in Khartoum, Sudan. Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 50% at the six-month milestone, and 20% upon successful completion of the twelve-month period.
- The client reserves the right to request a replacement Pharmacist if performance does not meet the agreed-upon service-level standards outlined in the supplementary Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of pharmaceutical stock, medical equipment, or facility infrastructure. These items are to be procured separately by the client.
- Any changes to the scope of services, working hours, or location within Sudan Khartoum must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate.
- Both parties agree to resolve any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate through amicable negotiation, and failing that, through arbitration under the laws of the Republic of the Sudan.
- The Pharmacist is bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement regarding patient records, proprietary hospital data, and internal operational procedures of the client facility in Khartoum.
