The Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will provide the following professional services in Turkey Ankara:

• Clinical Pharmacy Consultation: Weekly on-site presence (Monday through Friday, 09:00–17:00) at the client's designated facility in Ankara to conduct medication therapy management, drug interaction screening, and therapeutic outcome monitoring for inpatients and outpatients.
• Prescription Review & Verification: Comprehensive audit of all incoming prescriptions for accuracy, dosage appropriateness, and compliance with the Turkish Ministry of Health (Sağlık Bakanlığı) regulations and the Ankara Provincial Health Directorate guidelines.
• Patient Education & Counseling: Individual and group sessions to educate patients on proper medication usage, side-effect management, and adherence strategies, conducted in both Turkish and English to accommodate the diverse population of Turkey Ankara.

Payment for the Pharmacist services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made on a monthly basis, within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice date. Invoices will be issued on the last working day of each calendar month. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Pharmacist or the contracting entity. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted under Turkish commercial law, whichever is lower) shall apply to overdue balances. The client reserves the right to request a detailed itemized invoice for each service category listed in Section 3.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Pharmacist services in Turkey Ankara and confirms that the terms, conditions, and financial figures presented herein have been reviewed and are acceptable. This signature does not obligate either party to enter into a formal contract until the definitive service agreement is executed.
