- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
- Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% (AED 13,734.00) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% (AED 20,601.00) shall be payable within fourteen (14) days of the Pharmacist's successful DHA license issuance and commencement of duties.
- Payment Method: All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company account at Emirates NBD, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Cheques must be drawn in favour of Gulf Health Talent Solutions LLC.
- Timeline: The complete Pharmacist recruitment, licensing, and placement process in Dubai is estimated to take between six (6) and ten (10) weeks from the date of contract signing, subject to DHA processing times and candidate availability.
- Compliance: All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall strictly adhere to the regulations of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), and the Federal Decree-Law on the Regulation of Health Professions.
- Warranty: In the event the placed Pharmacist resigns or is terminated within the first ninety (90) days of employment for reasons attributable to the candidate, Gulf Health Talent Solutions LLC shall provide a replacement Pharmacist at no additional recruitment fee.
- Confidentiality: All personal data of the Pharmacist and the client shall be handled in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Dubai.
- Exclusions: This Quotation Estimate does not include the Pharmacist's monthly salary, accommodation, health insurance, or any other employment benefits, which shall be agreed upon separately between the client and the Pharmacist.
