- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised Quotation Estimate will be issued reflecting any market adjustments.
- Payment Terms: A 25% deposit is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, with payment due within thirty (30) days of invoice date.
- Pharmacist Qualifications: The Pharmacist placed under this agreement shall hold a valid GPhC registration, a recognised pharmacy degree (BPharm or equivalent), and a minimum of two years' post-registration clinical experience. All credentials will be verified prior to commencement of duties in United Kingdom Manchester.
- Compliance: All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the NHS Constitution, the Medicines Act 1968, the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, and all data protection obligations under UK GDPR.
