This Quotation Estimate is issued by MediPharm Consulting LLC to formally present the cost structure, scope of work, and professional terms for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing management of a qualified Pharmacist for the Tashkent City Pharmacy Network JSC. - Management of inventory, stock rotation, and expiration tracking for all pharmaceutical products.
- Provision of patient counseling on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and drug interactions.
- Compliance with Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) standards as mandated by the Uzbekistan Tashkent regulatory authority.
- Preparation and maintenance of pharmacovigilance reports and adverse drug reaction documentation.
- Supervision of junior pharmacy technicians and trainee pharmacists within the Tashkent network.
- Participation in inter-pharmacy coordination meetings organized by the Tashkent City Health Department.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require re-issuance of the Quotation Estimate with updated pricing.
4.2 All prices stated in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Uzbekistan Som (UZS) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes as per the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. No additional charges will be levied unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
4.3 The Pharmacist engaged under this agreement must hold a valid degree in Pharmacy from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and must possess a current professional license to practice in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
4.4 Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful placement and commencement of the Pharmacist's duties, and the remaining 30% payable in monthly installments over the contract period.
4.5 Either party may terminate the Pharmacist engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unused service fees will be calculated and processed within fifteen (15) business days.
4.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A separate Service Agreement will be executed upon mutual acceptance, incorporating all terms herein and any additional provisions specific to the Uzbekistan Tashkent operational environment.
Note: The Pharmacist candidate selected under this Quotation Estimate will be required to pass a background check, a medical fitness examination at an accredited clinic in Tashkent, and a proficiency assessment in Uzbek and Russian languages to ensure effective patient communication within the Uzbekistan Tashkent community.By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Pharmacist services in Uzbekistan Tashkent and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This acceptance authorizes MediPharm Consulting LLC to proceed with the recruitment and placement process.
