This Quotation Estimate outlines the comprehensive professional services provided by MedStaff Asia Recruitment Co., Ltd. for the recruitment, screening, and placement of a qualified Pharmacist to operate within the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City pharmaceutical sector. The Pharmacist candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, advising patients on drug interactions, managing inventory of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with the Ministry of Health of Vietnam regulations, and supervising junior pharmacy staff at the designated facility in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Pharmacist must hold a valid Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution, possess a current Vietnamese Pharmacy Practicing License (or be eligible for one), demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of clinical or retail pharmacy experience, and be proficient in both Vietnamese and English to serve the diverse patient population in Ho Chi Minh City. The Pharmacist will also be expected to participate in community health outreach programs organized by the local health authority in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Ho Chi Minh City.
- The Pharmacist candidate will be subject to a comprehensive background check, including verification of academic transcripts, professional licenses issued by the Vietnamese Ministry of Health, and criminal record clearance.
- MedStaff Asia Recruitment Co., Ltd. shall not be held liable for any performance issues of the Pharmacist arising after the 90-day replacement guarantee period has expired.
- All services described in this Quotation Estimate are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, with jurisdiction in the People's Court of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
- The Pharmacist's employment contract, salary, benefits, and working hours shall be negotiated directly between the Client and the Pharmacist and are not included in the scope of this Quotation Estimate.
- Confidentiality: All candidate data, client information, and terms contained in this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties.
