Our Photographer team specializes in a wide range of photographic disciplines, including but not limited to corporate headshots, commercial product photography, editorial shoots, event coverage, architectural documentation, and fine-art portrait sessions. All services described in this Quotation Estimate are to be executed in accordance with the professional standards established by the Argentine Chamber of Photography and the applicable regulations of the City of Buenos Aires.

As stated in this Quotation Estimate, the total amount of ARS $3,224,650 shall be settled according to the following schedule:

• 50% Advance Payment (ARS $1,612,325): Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to the scheduled shoot date. This payment secures the Photographer’s availability and reserves the location in Argentina Buenos Aires.
• 50% Final Payment (ARS $1,612,325): Due within ten (10) business days following the delivery of the final edited image package.

Payment may be made via bank transfer to the studio’s account at Banco de la Nación Argentina, or by certified cheque. All payments are subject to the issuance of a formal Argentine tax invoice (Factura A or B) in compliance with AFIP regulations.

Upon completion of the on-site shoot in Argentina Buenos Aires, the Photographer will deliver the following within the specified timeframes:

• Preview Images (10–15 selected frames): Within 5 business days of the shoot date.
• Full Edited Package (minimum 40 images): Within 15 business days of the shoot date.
• High-Resolution Master Files: Within 20 business days, subject to client final selection approval.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, currency adjustments, or changes in operational costs within Argentina Buenos Aires. The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of force majeure, severe weather conditions, or municipal restrictions imposed by the City of Buenos Aires authorities.

All intellectual property rights over the final photographic works shall transfer to the client upon full payment, as outlined in this Quotation Estimate. The Photographer retains the right to display a limited selection of images in their professional portfolio and marketing materials, unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is executed.

Any additional hours, extra locations, or scope changes beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the hourly rates specified in Section 2 and require prior written approval from both parties.
