All services described in this Quotation Estimate are to be executed within the metropolitan area of Bangladesh Dhaka, including travel to and from the designated venue. The Photographer and supporting crew will arrive a minimum of two hours prior to the event commencement to conduct lighting setup, camera calibration, and location scouting specific to the Dhaka Sheraton ballroom and adjacent exhibition halls.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-evaluation of pricing by the Photographer team at LensCraft Studios.
2. A non-refundable advance payment of fifty percent (50%) of the grand total, amounting to BDT 204,700, is required to confirm the booking and reserve the Photographer's schedule in Bangladesh Dhaka. The remaining balance shall be due within seven (7) working days of final deliverable handover.
3. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the studio's designated account in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Cheques and cash payments are not accepted for this engagement.
4. The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule the session in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather conditions common in the Dhaka monsoon season, political unrest, or venue unavailability. In such cases, a mutually agreeable alternative date within Bangladesh Dhaka shall be arranged at no additional cost.
5. All final images and digital assets delivered under this Quotation Estimate shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the client for commercial and internal use. The Photographer retains the right to use a maximum of five (5) selected images for portfolio and marketing purposes, subject to prior written approval from the client.
6. Any additional services, extended hours, or scope changes beyond what is outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at the standard hourly rate of BDT 18,000 per hour for the lead Photographer and BDT 8,000 per hour for the second shooter, with prior written consent from both parties.
7. The Photographer team shall carry comprehensive professional liability insurance valid throughout the engagement period in Bangladesh Dhaka, covering equipment damage and third-party injury.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein serve solely as a good-faith estimate of costs and deliverables.
9. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disagreement, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
