The Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-resolution editorial and documentary imagery throughout the event, including pre-event setup, the main ceremony, networking sessions, and post-event wrap-up. Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account of Luminária Fotografia Ltda., Banco do Brasil, Ag. 1234-5, Conta Corrente 67890-1, CNPJ 12.345.678/0001-90, São Paulo — SP, Brazil. The payment schedule is as follows:
- 50% (R$ 10,731.75) — Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service contract, no later than 5 business days prior to the event date.
- 50% (R$ 10,731.75) — Due within 10 business days following the final delivery of all edited images and the printed album to the client's address in São Paulo, Brazil.
Late payments shall be subject to a monthly interest rate of 1.5% (juros moratórios) in accordance with Brazilian commercial law (Código Civil, Art. 406).
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in operational costs, tax rates applicable in São Paulo, Brazil, or market conditions for professional photography services.
5.2 The Photographer and assistant are subject to a maximum of two (2) hours of overtime beyond the contracted 10-hour window. Overtime will be billed at R$ 480.00 per hour for the lead Photographer and R$ 240.00 per hour for the assistant, subject to prior written approval by the client.
5.3 All images captured by the Photographer during the event are the intellectual property of Luminária Fotografia Ltda. The client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered images for internal corporate communications, marketing, and social media purposes. Any commercial resale or third-party licensing of the images requires a separate written agreement.
5.4 In the event of force majeure (severe weather, civil unrest, or public health emergency affecting operations in São Paulo, Brazil), either party may reschedule the engagement without penalty, provided notice is given at least 72 hours in advance.
5.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement (Contrato de Prestação de Serviços) will be drafted and executed by both parties upon acceptance of this estimate, in compliance with Brazilian legislation (Código Civil, Lei 9.656/98, and applicable São Paulo municipal regulations).
5.6 The Photographer reserves the right to use up to five (5) images from the event in their professional portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing at the time of contract signing.
