- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the validity period expires, the Photographer reserves the right to revise pricing based on current market rates in Canada Montreal.
- A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the Grand Total ($4,563.96 CAD) is required to confirm the booking and secure the shooting dates. The remaining 60% balance is due within fourteen (14) days of final image delivery.
- The Photographer, operating under Lumière Studio Photography, retains full copyright ownership of all images produced. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive licence for commercial use within Canada and internationally, as specified in the separate Service Agreement.
- Rescheduling of shooting dates within the Canada Montreal area is permitted up to seven (7) days prior to the confirmed date, subject to Photographer availability. Cancellations within seven days will incur a 50% fee of the total Quotation Estimate amount.
- All deliverables will be provided in high-resolution JPEG and TIFF formats via a secure cloud download link. Physical prints or additional formats may be requested at an additional cost to be quoted separately.
- The Photographer will provide a selection of 200–250 raw images from which the client will choose the final 150 for full retouching. Additional retouched images beyond 150 will be billed at $22.00 CAD per image.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising from this estimate shall be resolved through mediation in the judicial district of Montreal, Canada.
- The Photographer is fully insured with professional liability coverage of $2,000,000 CAD, valid throughout the Canada Montreal region and all of Quebec.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Photographer services in Canada Montreal and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This signature constitutes a binding acceptance of the estimate and authorizes the Photographer to proceed with scheduling and preparation.
