1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on the Photographer's updated schedule and market rates within Canada Toronto.
2. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to secure the Photographer's date. The remaining balance is due within fourteen (14) business days following the delivery of final edited images.
3. All images produced by the Photographer remain the intellectual property of Maple Leaf Visual Arts Photography. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license for internal corporate use, press releases, and social media posting. Any commercial resale or third-party licensing requires a separate written agreement.
4. The Photographer reserves the right to use up to five (5) images from the event for personal portfolio, website, and social media promotion, subject to the client's prior written approval.
5. In the event of rescheduling, the client must provide a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice. Rescheduling within fourteen days will incur a 25% fee of the total Quotation Estimate.
6. All services are subject to the laws of the Province of Ontario and the City of Toronto, Canada. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of Canada Toronto and resolved through mediation in the City of Toronto before any litigation is pursued.
7. The Photographer carries comprehensive professional liability insurance of $2,000,000 CAD, valid throughout the Canada Toronto area and the Province of Ontario.
8. Weather or venue-related delays exceeding two (2) hours will be billed at the Photographer's standard hourly rate of $185.00 CAD per hour.
Payment may be made via Interac e-Transfer, cheque, or corporate credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). All amounts are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). HST at 13% is applicable as per Ontario tax regulations. Invoices will be issued from the Photographer's registered business address in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate in full, including all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined above. The Photographer confirms availability for the stated event date and agrees to deliver all services as described.
