1. Purpose of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Capital Lens Photography Studio to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of professional Photographer services to be delivered within the China Beijing metropolitan area. This document serves as a formal pricing proposal and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have reviewed, agreed upon, and executed the final service agreement. All rates quoted herein are specific to the Photographer engagement described below and are valid for the period stated in the header of this Quotation Estimate.
2. Scope of Photographer ServicesThe Photographer assigned to this project will provide end-to-end visual documentation services tailored to the client's requirements in China Beijing. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following deliverables:
- On-site commercial and corporate photography at client-designated locations within Beijing (including but not limited to the CBD, Haidian District, and the Forbidden City perimeter for approved shoots).
- Portrait and headshot sessions for executive teams, conducted in a professional studio environment or on-location in China Beijing.
- Event coverage including corporate galas, product launches, and press conferences held in Beijing venues.
- Post-production editing, colour grading, and retouching of all delivered images to industry-standard quality.
- Delivery of high-resolution digital files (minimum 300 DPI, TIFF and JPEG formats) within the agreed timeline.
- Optional print services for large-format displays (up to 120×80 cm) if required by the client.

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Photographer rates and availability may be subject to revision due to market conditions in China Beijing.
4.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining 60% shall be settled within fifteen (15) business days following final delivery of all edited images and print materials.
4.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled shoot date will result in a 20% administrative fee. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days will forfeit the full deposit. The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather, public health directives, or government-mandated restrictions in China Beijing.
4.4 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the client shall receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the delivered images for the agreed commercial or editorial purposes. The Photographer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio and to submit entries to photography awards, unless a separate exclusivity agreement is executed.
4.5 Location & Permits: The client is responsible for securing any additional location permits required by local China Beijing authorities. The Photographer will provide reasonable assistance in the permit application process at no additional cost beyond the amount specified in Line Item 7 of this Quotation Estimate.
4.6 Revisions: Two (2) rounds of revision are included in the post-production fee. Additional revision rounds will be billed at CNY 150 per image.
4.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC).
5. AcceptanceBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Photographer services in China Beijing and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This signature constitutes a binding acceptance of the quoted rates and scope of work.
