1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in China Guangzhou.
2. The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images captured. The client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the delivered images for internal corporate communications, press releases, and promotional materials related to the specific event.
3. Any additional shooting days, extended hours beyond 18:00, or requests for video stills beyond the agreed scope will be billed at the Photographer’s standard overtime rate of ¥ 1,200 per additional hour.
4. The Photographer reserves the right to decline any request that violates Chinese law, public order, or the venue’s operational policies in Guangzhou.
5. Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting China Guangzhou, shall exempt both parties from performance obligations without penalty.
6. All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disagreement, matters shall be submitted to the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission for binding arbitration under Chinese law.
